Why people who come for a look tend to stay
Our office is just along the coast in Jávea, so Dénia is right on my doorstep, and lately it's where more and more buyers want to be. It's a proper town that lives all year round, famous up and down the coast for its restaurants and its Saturday market. That real, everyday life is exactly why homes here are so easy to rent out or sell on later.
A little about the market. Up here in the north of the Costa Blanca you usually get more space, nicer light and a better view for your money than you would in the busier resorts further south. New build in Dénia mostly means apartments near Las Marinas and the marina, or villas climbing the Montgó hillside towards Las Rotas. They're really very different lives, and I'll gladly talk you through which one suits you before you ever get on a plane.
