Villamartin, Campoamor, and Las Ramblas

La Marquesa and Vistabella Golf
Some of the most accessible pricing on the Costa Blanca. Apartments from €100,000, townhouses from €150,000. Popular with British and Scandinavian retirees on tighter budgets. The trade-off: 20-25 minutes from beaches, and the Ciudad Quesada surroundings are less polished than premium resorts.
Font del Llop, Bonalba, and Alenda Golf
These courses cluster near Alicante city and the airport. If frequent travel matters for you, these locations are practical. Residential stock is more limited than on southern resorts, though new development is changing that.
Lo Romero Golf, Pilar de la Horadada
A newer course with modern residential stock. New-build apartments from around €200,000. Good value compared to nearby Las Colinas, with the coast 10 minutes away and the Murcia border just south.

Golf property works best for buyers who value space, quiet, and managed surroundings over walkability. If you want to step outside and walk to a café, a golf resort probably isn't right. But if you want a pool, maintained grounds, and the convenience of managed living, golf resorts deliver that consistently.
An inland golf apartment often gives you twice the floor space of a beachfront flat at the same price. The catch: you'll drive everywhere, and some resorts go quiet between November and February. That quietness is a feature for some retirees and a dealbreaker for others.
Traditional town living in Dénia, Jávea, or Torrevieja gives you daily walkability, local markets, and restaurants on your doorstep. You're embedded in Spanish life rather than looking at it from behind a resort entrance. But towns come with noise, older building stock, and less control over your surroundings.
